Eloise Philp, who has lived and worked in the country for several years, will lead our continued expansion across Iberia. We have supported clients in the region extensively, but this marks an exciting step in establishing a stronger presence on the ground.
A fluent Spanish speaker, Eloise brings considerable tier one experience from leading executive search and leadership advisory firms. With a strong focus on the Consumer sector, she has a proven track record of partnering with C-suite and Board-level leaders at global corporations and the SME Challenger market.
