Nicole is a Consultant specialising in the consumer sector, including FMCG, Food & Drink and CPG. She works with a broad range of businesses, from large corporates to SMEs, start-ups, privately owned and PE-backed organisations. Her work spans senior commercial appointments, with particular expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence and end-to-end executive search. She partners closely with senior stakeholders to identify and secure the leadership talent required to drive business growth and transformation.
Prior to joining Campbell Reed, Nicole was an Associate to the Global Head of the Financial Services Practice at Odgers Berndtson Executive Search, where she focused on board, executive and management committee appointments across the UK and Europe.
Nicole began her career in executive recruitment within financial services, specialising in risk management and asset management appointments in London before expanding her work across European markets.
She holds a double major in Arts and English Literature from Pace University, New York, where she graduated with a double first, and is classically trained in Performing Arts.
